In order for USPS FCU to continue to provide the most up-to-date and secure operating systems for managing your accounts, it is necessary that we update the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) server and software for our online banking system “Virtual Branch”. Effective Monday, June 11, 2018, ALL members will be required to re-enroll in MFA upon first log in after the update. The re-enrollment will ONLY prompt you to select new challenge questions, along with a new passphrase and image. Your User Id and Password will NOT be changed. Beginning June 11th, please follow the below steps to re-enroll from a COMPUTER (not from a mobile device):

1. Clear your cookies from your computer. By not doing so, this could potentially cause older site cookies to be used and generate misleading displays or errors.

2. Select 3 questions from the drop downs provided.

3. Select a passphrase and image.

Once you have completed the re-enrollment, you may resume using your mobile devices. If you try to sign in from a mobile device on or after June 11th, you will receive a login error until you complete the re-enrollment. Thank you for your understanding and participation in the re-enrollment process. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

A User ID and Password is required to log in to our services. Services are provided through a secure connection. If you have difficulty logging in please call us at 1-800-877-7328 or email uspsfcu@uspsfcu.org. DO NOT send personally identifying information (i.e. Acct #, SS #, etc) in your email.
